What happens to Premium if I delete my account or am banned?
Deleting your account ends your plan, boosts and wallet credit at once. A ban ends a Forever plan. What to check with Google Play.
- Android app
- Murudo Web
Deleting your account ends everything you bought on it, at once: your pass or Forever plan, boosts you have not used, and any Murudo Wallet credit. None of it is refunded or moved to another account. A ban ends a Forever plan.
If you delete your account
- Your Plus or Gold pass ends the moment you confirm. The time left on it is lost.
- Unused boosts, wallet credit, and any Super Likes or Like Reveals are removed.
- A Forever plan ends, with no refund.
- If you pay through Google Play, the renewal is cancelled. Check afterwards in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions, that Murudo is no longer renewing.
- A new account starts as a free account. Nothing can be carried over to it.
There is one exception. If you had a Forever plan and you come back within 90 days with the same email or phone number, contact support and the plan can be restored. See Coming back after deleting your account.
If your account is suspended
- You cannot use Murudo during a suspension. Your pass is not paused for that time: it still ends on the same date.
- A pass that renews through Google Play keeps renewing. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want to be charged again.
If your account is banned
- A Forever plan ends, with no refund.
- You can no longer use your pass, because you can no longer use the account.
- A ban does not cancel a Google Play subscription. You cannot reach the Premium screen from a banned account, so cancel in Google Play itself: see Cancel a Google Play subscription.
If you think a suspension or ban is a mistake, you can appeal: see Appeal a suspension or ban.
