Cancel a Google Play subscription
How to stop a 7-day or 30-day Murudo pass from renewing in Google Play, and what you keep after you cancel.
- App from Google Play
You cancel in Google Play, not inside Murudo. After you cancel, you keep Plus or Gold until the end of the period you have already paid for. Then the plan ends and Google Play does not charge you again.
Only 7-day and 30-day passes bought in the app from Google Play renew. A 24-hour pass, boosts, and anything paid with EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks or card have nothing to cancel.
Cancel from Murudo
- Open Profile and tap Manage on your plan card.
- On the Premium screen, tap Manage in Google Play.
- Google Play opens your subscriptions. Tap Murudo, then Cancel subscription, and follow Google's steps.
Cancel from Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Murudo, then Cancel subscription.
Use the Google account that bought the pass. If Murudo is not in the list, you are in a different Google account, or the pass was not bought through Google Play. Google's own steps are in Cancel a subscription on Google Play.
After you cancel
- You keep your plan until the date the paid period ends.
- Google Play shows the subscription as cancelled. That is the place to check.
- The plan card in Murudo may still say Renews before the date. It does not mean you will be charged.
- To come back later, buy a pass again.
What does not cancel it
Deleting your Murudo account does cancel the renewal. Check afterwards in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions, that Murudo is no longer renewing. See Delete your Murudo account.
Money back for a renewal
Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund rules and are requested from Google Play. See Can I get a refund?
