Why am I seeing a special price?
Murudo sometimes shows one account a lower price for a short time. Why you may see one, why a friend may not, and where offers never apply.
- App from murudo.co
- Murudo Web
Murudo sometimes offers one account a lower price on a pass for a short time. Offers are decided account by account, so you may see one that a friend does not, and you may never see one. The price on your checkout screen is always the price you pay.
Offers you might see
None of these is shown to everyone. If you see one, this is what it is.
- A welcome price. A screen marked JUST FOR YOU offers your first days of Plus at a lower price, with a countdown under Offer ends in. Tap the button that starts with Claim my to take it, or See all plans for the usual prices. It is only for members who have never paid, and the countdown does not start again.
- A percentage off a pass. After a pass payment you started but did not finish, the Premium screen may show the usual price crossed out, a lower price and the time the offer ends.
- One-time offer. Straight after you buy something else, such as boosts, a box may offer a Plus 7-day pass at a lower price. Tap the button that starts with Get Plus Weekly to take it, or Not now.
- A message from Murudo in your Inbox with buttons for a plan.
The rules for every offer
- An offer is for your account only and has an end time. After that, the usual price applies.
- The pass you get is an ordinary pass: paid once, with no automatic renewal.
- The lower price is checked again when you pay. If the offer has ended by then, the app tells you and shows the usual price before any payment starts.
- Offers do not apply to Forever plans.
- An offer price cannot be paid from Murudo Wallet.
- The app from Google Play does not have these lower prices. Its prices are the ones in Google Play.
Usual prices are in What Murudo Premium costs.
Is the offer real?
A real Murudo offer appears inside the app or on Murudo Web: on the Premium screen, at checkout or in your Inbox. You pay for it the normal way, by approving a prompt on your own phone or paying on Paynow's page.
