Boosts included with your pass
How many boosts come with a 7-day or 30-day Plus or Gold pass, how to use them, and why a 24-hour pass or a Forever plan has none.
- Android app
- Murudo Web
A 7-day or 30-day pass comes with boosts at no extra cost. A 24-hour pass and a Forever plan include none.
| Pass | Plus | Gold |
|---|---|---|
| 24-hour pass | None | None |
| 7-day pass | 1 boost | 2 boosts |
| 30-day pass | 4 boosts | 10 boosts |
| Forever plan | None | None |
Use an included boost
- Open Profile and scroll down to Boost Your Profile.
- Tap Use Boost (Plus) or Use Boost (Gold).
The boost starts straight away, with no second question. The card then says Boost active until and a time. On Murudo Web the button is in the same place, on the Profile tab.
For what a boost does while it runs, see What a boost does and how to use one.
How the count works
- The number is an allowance for the length of the pass: with a 7-day pass it is counted over 7 days, and with a 30-day pass over 30 days. A boost you used becomes available again that many days after you started it, as long as you still have a pass.
- The app does not show how many included boosts you have left. When none are left, tapping the button shows No boosts available.
- Included boosts are used before boosts you bought. Bought boosts are only spent once the included ones have run out.
- Only one boost can run at a time.
- Included boosts are not saved when your pass ends, and they cannot be exchanged for money, credit or pass time.
When the allowance changes
- Adding a 24-hour pass to a longer pass of the same plan keeps the longer pass's boosts.
- A 24-hour Gold pass bought on top of a longer Plus pass has no boosts of its own. For that day you are on Gold, so the Plus boosts are not available. They return when the Gold day ends.
- Buying a Forever plan ends the allowance. See Forever plans.
If you need more
You can buy boost packs as well: see Buy boosts. If the app says No boosts available although your pass should include some, contact support through Profile, Inbox, Contact Murudo with your username or email and the pass you bought.
