Forever plans: pay once for Plus or Gold
Plus Forever and Gold Forever are one-time payments that keep the plan for as long as you have your account. The rules, and how to buy one.
- App from murudo.co
- Murudo Web
A Forever plan is one payment that gives you Plus or Gold for as long as you have your Murudo account. There is nothing to renew. Forever plans are sold in limited numbers, only on Murudo Web and in the Android app downloaded from murudo.co.
What they cost
At the time of writing, Gold Forever is $99 and Plus Forever is $50, in US dollars, paid once. The Premium screen shows the price and how many are left. When a plan has gone, it says Sold out.
Buy a Forever plan
- Open Profile and tap See Plans. If you already have a pass, tap Manage.
- Scroll down to Pay once, yours forever, marked LIMITED SPOTS.
- Tap Get Gold Forever or Get Plus Forever.
- On Buy once, choose EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks or Card & Bank and pay in the usual way. See Pay with EcoCash.
- When the payment is confirmed, the card on your Profile tab says Gold Forever or Plus Forever, with Pay once, yours forever.
On Murudo Web the steps are the same: Profile, See Plans, then scroll to Pay once, yours forever.
If you do not see the section, you are either in the app from Google Play, which does not sell Forever plans, or you already have Gold Forever. From the Google Play app, log in to Murudo Web with the same account and buy it there. The plan then works in the Google Play app too.
The rules
- A Forever plan is tied to your account. It cannot be moved, sold or given to another account.
- Boosts are not included. They are sold separately: see Buy boosts.
- Daily limits still apply, such as the number of reach-outs you can send.
- Special offer prices and Murudo Wallet credit cannot be used for a Forever plan.
- Deleting your account ends the plan, with no refund. If you come back within 90 days with the same email or phone number, contact support and it can be restored. See Coming back after deleting your account.
- If your account is banned for breaking the rules, the plan ends, with no refund.
If you already have a pass
Time left on a pass is not turned into money or credit when you buy a Forever plan. And once the Forever plan is your active plan, boosts that came with a 7-day or 30-day pass stop being available, so use them before you buy.
A Plus Forever member can still buy a Gold pass for a day, a week or a month. In the Android app, use the button that starts with Upgrade to Gold on the Premium screen. When the Gold pass ends, you are on Plus Forever again. Gold Forever is a separate purchase at its own price.
