Photos, prompts, your details, the verified badge and how others see you.
- Edit your profileWhere to change your photos, prompts, name, bio and other details in the app and on Murudo Web, and which changes have limits.
- Add, replace or reorder your photosAdd up to 6 photos, replace or remove one, and choose which photo people see first, in the app or on Murudo Web.
- What photos are allowedProfile photos must be real, clear photos of you with your face easy to see. What is removed, and how photos are checked.
- Why can I not remove my last photo?A profile that has been shown to others must keep one usable photo, so the last one can only be replaced. How to replace it or hide your profile.
- Add or change your promptsPrompts are questions you choose and answer on your profile. Have up to 3, keep at least 1, and change them whenever you like.
- Add a song to your profileChoose a song file from your phone, pick the minute you like and save it. Once our team has listened, people can play it from your profile.
- Change your first nameYou can change the first name on your profile once every 7 days. Where to do it and what a name can contain.
- Fix your birthday or ageYou can correct your birthday yourself once in Edit Profile. After that, only support can change it. Your age follows your birthday.
- Change your gender or who you want to dateYour gender is changed in Edit Profile. Who you want to date is a separate setting in Match Preferences, and one does not change the other.
- Choose which answers show on your profileHide your religion, ethnicity, relationship type, children, family plans, drinking or school from other members with Visible on profile.
- Write your bio and choose interestsYour profile needs a bio and at least 3 interests before it is shown. How to change them, and why phone numbers are refused.
- Get the verified badgeTake one selfie in the app and Murudo compares it with your profile photos. If they match, the Verified badge shows on your profile.
- My verification is pending or did not workVerification pending means a person at Murudo is reviewing your selfie. What to do while you wait, and how to retake a selfie that failed.
