Add Murudo to your iPhone Home Screen

Open murudo.co in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Murudo then opens like an app and can send you notifications.

  • Murudo Web

On your iPhone, open https://murudo.co/ in Safari, tap Get Murudo on iPhone, then follow the guide: Share, Add to Home Screen, Add. Murudo gets its own icon, opens full screen and can send you notifications.

If you are new, add Murudo to your Home Screen first and sign up inside it. That way you only sign in once.

In Safari

  1. Open https://murudo.co/ in Safari and tap Get Murudo on iPhone. A guide called Install Murudo on your iPhone opens.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari. If you do not see it, tap the three dots (⋯) first.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen. Scroll down if you do not see it.
  4. Keep Open as Web App on, then tap Add.
  5. Go to your Home Screen, open Murudo and sign up or sign in there.

In the guide, I added it closes it. Continue on the web instead lets you carry on in Safari without adding Murudo.

In Chrome on an iPhone

  1. Tap the Share button next to the address bar at the top. If you do not see it, tap the three dots (⋯), then Share.
  2. Tap Add to Home Screen. Tap More or scroll down if you do not see it.
  3. Tap Add.
  4. Open Murudo from your Home Screen.

In another browser, open the browser's menu, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen and Add.

If there is no Add to Home Screen, open the page in Safari instead. The guide has a Copy link button: tap it and paste the link into Safari.

A page opened inside another app, such as Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, cannot add Murudo to your Home Screen. Open the page in Safari first: tap the three dots (⋯) or the compass, then Open in Safari. You can also tap Copy link and paste it into Safari. Then follow the Safari steps above.

If you already use Murudo in Safari

When you are signed in, a bar at the top says Get the Murudo app on your iPhone. Tap Install to open the same guide, here called Add Murudo to your iPhone. Continue in browser closes it.

The Home Screen version does not share Safari's sign-in, so you sign in once more the first time you open it. After that it keeps you signed in.

After you have added it

  • Always open Murudo from the Home Screen icon, not from Safari.
  • When Turn on notifications appears, tap Turn on. See Get notifications on Murudo Web.
  • The first time you open Murudo from your Home Screen while signed in, a free Like Reveal is added to your account as a thank you. See who liked you explains what a reveal does.
