Murudo Meets
Official Murudo events: booking a place, tickets, venues and cancelling.
- What is Murudo Meets?Murudo Meets are official in-person events hosted by Murudo staff. Find them on the Meets tab, where you book a place and keep your ticket.
- Book a place at an eventOpen the event on the Meets tab and tap Reserve my place for a free event, or Pay for a ticketed one. You have a place when your status says Going.
- Pay for an event ticketEvent tickets are paid through Paynow with EcoCash, or by card or bank. Your place is held for about 15 minutes while you pay.
- Your QR ticket and the venueOnce your status is Going, the event page shows the venue and a My QR ticket button. Show the QR code at the door to be checked in.
- Talk to the other people going to an eventOnce your place is confirmed, open the event and tap Group chat to talk with everyone else who has a place. Some events have no group chat.
- Cancel an event bookingOpen the event, tap Cancel reservation and confirm. A free place is released at once. A paid ticket goes to a refund review by our team.
- Join an event waitlistWhen an event is full, tap Join event waitlist. The waitlist does not book a place for you, so check the event again and book when a place opens.
- Free seats for Gold membersSome events offer a limited number of free seats to members who have Gold on a 30-day pass. Other Gold passes and Gold Forever do not qualify.
- Staying safe at Murudo eventsMurudo staff host and moderate every event, and the venue is shared only with ticket holders. How to look after yourself before, during and after.
