# Murudo Web is not loading or looks wrong

Check your connection, reload the page, and open murudo.co/app in Safari or Chrome instead of inside another app. Most problems end there.

Most of the time the fix is one of three things: get a better connection, reload the page, or open https://murudo.co/app/ in Safari or Chrome instead of inside another app. Your account is not affected by a page that will not load.

## Try these in order

1. Check your connection. Open another website to see if it loads. If you are on mobile data, try Wi-Fi, or the other way round.
2. Reload the page. In the Home Screen version, close Murudo completely and open it again.
3. Check the address. It should be https://murudo.co/app/.
4. Leave any in-app browser. If you opened Murudo from a link inside Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or another app, use that app's menu to open the page in Safari or Chrome. In-app browsers can break logging in, photos, location and notifications.
5. Update your browser, or try a different one.

## If you were logged out

Log in again the way you signed up. Being logged out does not delete anything. A private or incognito window forgets your login when you close it, so use a normal window. Clearing your browser's saved data for murudo.co also logs you out.

On an iPhone, the Home Screen version and Safari keep separate logins. Logging in to one does not log you in to the other.

## If one part does not work

- The camera for the selfie check: allow the camera for murudo.co in your browser or phone settings, then try again. See [The selfie check is not working](https://help.murudo.co/troubleshooting/selfie-check-problems/).
- Location: open your browser's site settings for Murudo and allow location access. Location stays optional.
- Notifications: see [Get notifications on Murudo Web](https://help.murudo.co/murudo-web/murudo-web-notifications/).
- A photo will not upload: choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo and check your connection. See [My photos will not upload](https://help.murudo.co/troubleshooting/photos-wont-upload/).
- Google sign-in will not open: check your connection and try again, or reload the page.

## If it looks wrong

- Text or buttons are too big or too small: set your browser's zoom back to 100%.
- The colours are too dark or too light: open **Profile**, **Settings**, **Appearance** and choose **Light**, **Dark** or **System** under **Theme**.
- On an iPhone, browser bars take up space: [add Murudo to your Home Screen](https://help.murudo.co/murudo-web/add-murudo-to-your-iphone/) and it opens full screen.
- Parts of the page overlap or are cut off: reload the page, then try another browser.

## Still not working

Contact support and say what you see. Include:

- Your username or the email on your account.
- A screenshot of the problem.
- Your phone or computer and the browser you use.
- The line at the bottom of **Settings**, which starts with **Murudo Web**, if you can reach it.

Email [support@foretellhq.com](mailto:support@foretellhq.com). If Murudo opens on another device, you can use **Contact Murudo** in your Inbox there instead. See [Contact Murudo support](https://help.murudo.co/settings/contact-support/).

> [!NOTE]
> If you use an Android phone and Murudo Web keeps giving trouble, the Android app may work better for you. See [How to get Murudo on your phone](https://help.murudo.co/getting-started/get-murudo/).
