# Your QR ticket and the venue

Once your status is Going, the event page shows the venue and a My QR ticket button. Show the QR code at the door to be checked in.

When your place is confirmed and **YOUR STATUS** says **Going**, two things appear on the event page: the venue, and a **My QR ticket** button. Show the QR code to Murudo staff at the door.

## Find the venue

Before you book, an event shows only its city, with **Venue details stay private**. Once your ticket is confirmed, the same card reads **Venue unlocked** with the name and address of the venue. Tap it to open the place in Google Maps.

The venue is shared only with members who hold a confirmed place, so please keep it to yourself.

## Open your QR ticket

1. Open the **Meets** tab and tap **My events**.
2. Tap the event.
3. Tap **My QR ticket**.

The ticket shows **SIGNED MURUDO TICKET**, the event name, the QR code, **Confirmed ticket**, the date it is valid until and your registration number.

## At the door

- Have the ticket open with your screen brightness turned up. When staff check you in, your status changes to **Checked in**.
- The ticket is loaded fresh each time you open it, so you need a connection. Open it before you go in, while you have signal. The refresh icon at the top right loads it again.
- A ticket belongs to your Murudo account and to one event. Do not send the QR code, or a screenshot of it, to anyone.
- If the ticket will not open, tell the staff at the door. They can also check you in from the guest list.

## On Murudo Web

Once your place is confirmed, Murudo Web shows **Going** and the venue under **Venue details**. It does not show the QR code. Give your name to the staff at the door so they can check you in from the guest list, or open your ticket in the Android app if you have it.

Murudo Web lists only events that have not started yet. Write down the venue before the start time, because the event leaves the list once it has begun.
