# Using Meets on iPhone and Murudo Web

Murudo Web can find, book and pay for events, but it has no QR ticket, no My events list and no city buttons. What to do before the event and at the door.

On an iPhone, and anywhere else you use Murudo Web, you can see upcoming events, book or pay for a place, join a waitlist, cancel and use an event's [group chat](https://help.murudo.co/meets/event-group-chat/). Murudo Web does not have the QR ticket, the **My events** list or the city buttons, and an event leaves its list as soon as it starts. So write down the venue before the day, and give your name at the door.

## What you can do on Murudo Web

1. Open the **Meets** tab. **Murudo Meets** lists every event that has not started yet. Tap **Refresh** to load it again.
2. Tap **View** on an event to see the date and time, the city, the description, your ticket price and how many spots are left.
3. Use the button on the event: **Reserve included spot**, **Pay** followed by the price, **Join event waitlist** or **Cancel reservation**.

When your place is confirmed, the event shows **Going** and the venue appears under **Venue details**. The steps are in [Book a place at an event](https://help.murudo.co/meets/book-an-event/) and [Pay for an event ticket](https://help.murudo.co/meets/pay-for-an-event-ticket/).

## What is different from the Android app

Booking, paying, waitlists and cancelling work the same way, because both use the same account. The statuses are explained in [What each event status means](https://help.murudo.co/meets/event-statuses/).

## Before the event

1. Open the event while it is still listed and check that it says **Going**.
2. Write down the venue name and address shown under **Venue details**, with the date and start time. A screenshot works too. The venue is only for members with a confirmed place, so keep it to yourself.
3. Do this before the start time. Once the event has started, Murudo Web no longer lists it and you cannot look the venue up there.

> [!IMPORTANT]
> If an event you booked disappears from the list before its start time, it may have been cancelled, and Murudo Web has nowhere to show you that. Contact support from **Profile**, **Inbox**, **Contact Murudo** with the event name and date.

## At the door

- You have no QR code to show. Tell the Murudo staff the first name on your profile and the email on your account, if it has one, and say you booked on Murudo Web. Staff can check you in from the guest list.
- A screenshot of the event page showing **Going** helps.
