# Free seats for Gold members

Some events offer a limited number of free seats to members who have Gold on a 30-day pass. Other Gold passes and Gold Forever do not qualify.

A free Gold seat is offered only when three things are true: the event includes free Gold seats, some of them are still left, and you have Gold on a 30-day pass at that moment. A 24-hour or 7-day Gold pass, Gold Forever and Plus do not qualify. Many events have no free Gold seats at all.

## How to tell if you qualify

Open the event on the **Meets** tab. If a free seat is available to you:

- the price shows **Free with Gold**
- the event page says it is free with your monthly Gold membership
- the button reads **Reserve my free Gold seat**

If you see a normal price and a **Pay** button instead, the event has no free Gold seats, they have all been taken, or your pass is not a 30-day Gold pass. You can still buy a ticket.

## Reserve your seat

1. Tap **Reserve my free Gold seat**.
2. When **YOUR STATUS** says **Going**, your seat is confirmed, the venue appears and **My QR ticket** is ready.

There is nothing to pay.

## The balance list

At some events the free Gold seats are shared evenly between men and women. If the seats for your side have all been taken, you go on a list and the app says **You're on the balance list**. Your status shows **On waitlist**.

- Your seat is confirmed automatically, in the order people joined, when a free Gold seat for your side opens.
- You must still have Gold on a 30-day pass at that moment. If your Gold has ended, you move to the ordinary waitlist, where a place has to be paid for.
- You can leave the list at any time with **Cancel reservation**.

## Good to know

- Free seats are limited at each event and go to the first eligible members who reserve.
- A free seat is for you only. It cannot be passed to another member.

## On Murudo Web

A free Gold seat shows **Gold benefit** and **Free with Gold**. Tap **Reserve included spot**. The balance list shows as **Gold balance list**.
