# I am not seeing new people

Why For You or Daily has run out of new profiles, and what to check: your age range, distance, filters, location and whether your profile is finished.

Most of the time the cause is a narrow preference. Until you change it, your age range only covers three years either side of your own age. Widen your age range and distance first, then work down this list.

## Check what the screen says

| For You says | What it means | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Finding people for you** | The app is still looking, or nobody new fits right now | Pull down to refresh. If it stays, tap **Adjust For You filters** |
| **No one new right now**, with **No more profiles nearby** under it | You have seen everyone who fits your preferences | Tap **Adjust For You filters** and widen them |
| **Unable to load profiles**, with **Pull to retry** under it | The app could not reach Murudo | Check your connection and pull down to refresh |
| **Profile info not complete** | Your own profile is missing something, so For You is switched off for you | Tap **Open profile** and finish the items marked **Required** |
| **Your account is paused** | You paused your account | Tap the button, then **Resume Account** |

## Widen your preferences

1. Open **For You** and tap the sliders icon at the top, or go to **Profile**, **Settings**, **Match preferences**.
2. Under **Age Range**, move **Minimum age** down and **Maximum age** up.
3. Under **Max Distance**, choose a bigger distance or **No limit**.
4. If you are on Plus or Gold, scroll to **Advanced Filters** and set some back to **Any**.

With a distance limit on, people whose location Murudo does not have are left out, and a wrong location of your own moves the whole circle. See [My location or city is wrong](https://help.murudo.co/troubleshooting/location-problems/).

## Why the same people come back, or do not

- People you liked do not come back. They are in **Likes**, under **You Liked**.
- People you passed on can come back later, once you have seen the new people.
- Profiles you looked at in the last couple of days without answering are held back while there is anyone new to show. When there is nobody new, they return.
- People you matched with, blocked, or who blocked you are not shown again.

## If Daily is empty

Daily gives a fixed number of introductions a day: 1 on Free, 3 on Plus and 5 on Gold.

- **All set for today** means you answered them all. The line under the title counts down to your next picks.
- **No introductions yet** means nobody new fits today. Daily uses your age range and who you want to date, so widening the age range helps here too.
- **Daily is off**: tap **Turn on Daily**.

## It may simply be quiet

Murudo only shows members who fit your preferences and whose preferences you fit. In a small town, or with a narrow age range, you can reach the end of the list. People join and change their preferences all the time, so look again tomorrow.

## On Murudo Web

When **Discover** runs out it says **No more profiles**. Tap **Adjust discovery preferences** to open the same settings.
