# Coming back after deleting your account

A deleted account cannot be reopened. You can sign up again with the same email, and support can restore a Forever plan within 90 days.

A deleted account cannot be reopened, by you or by support. You are welcome back, though: sign up again and you get a new account that starts from the beginning.

## Sign up again

[Create an account](https://help.murudo.co/getting-started/create-an-account/) in the usual way. You can use:

- the same email address as before;
- the same Google account. Tap **Continue with Google** and a new Murudo account is made for it;
- a username. Your old username became free when the account was deleted, so you can choose it again if nobody else has taken it.

If you try to log in with your old email or username instead, Murudo says your details are incorrect. That is because the old account no longer exists.

## What does not come back

- Your old profile, photos and prompts.
- Your matches, chats and likes, including the people who had liked you.
- Your verified badge. You can [get verified](https://help.murudo.co/profile/get-verified/) again on the new account.
- Your blocks. Someone you blocked before can appear again, so [block them](https://help.murudo.co/safety/block-someone/) again if you see them.
- Passes, boosts and any Murudo Wallet balance. They ended with the old account, are not refunded and cannot be moved to the new one.

## If you had a Forever plan

Deleting your account ends a Forever plan with no refund. There is one way back: if you return within 90 days of deleting, with the same email address or phone number, support will restore the plan.

1. Sign up again with the same email address.
2. Email [support@foretellhq.com](mailto:support@foretellhq.com) from that address, or in the app open **Profile**, **Inbox**, then **Contact Murudo**.
3. Say which Forever plan you had, the email or phone number on the deleted account and roughly when you deleted it. Add the payment reference if you still have it.

After 90 days a Forever plan cannot be restored. More about these plans is in [Forever plans](https://help.murudo.co/premium-and-payments/forever-plans/).

## If Murudo closed your account

A new account is not the way back from a ban. Read [My account was suspended or banned](https://help.murudo.co/rules/account-suspended-or-banned/).

## Next time you want a break

[Pause your account](https://help.murudo.co/account-and-login/pause-your-account/) instead. It hides your profile for up to 3 months and keeps your account, matches and chats.
